Meaghan Hurkens

Meaghan began her career as a personal trainer in 2017. She has worked in different commercial gyms, operated her own mobile and on-line personal training business, and completed a 6-month deployment with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services where she served as a Fitness, Sports and Recreation Coordinator on base in Latvia. Meaghan believes in an all-encompassing approach to fitness and health. Through a combination of functional strength training, individualized mobility and corrective programming, and habit coaching, Meaghan provides her clients with the tools they need to accomplish the goals they set – fitness or otherwise.


Jesse Blond

My number 1 rule to exercising is to have fun, with my 2nd being to work as hard as you can. With this program you’ll do both. Having completed my CrossFit Level 1 and my years of experience in athletics and sports. I have combined those passions to create the ULTIMATE workout.
