Build your glutes and legs with effective techniques that focus on lifting better and engaging your core muscles, obliques, and lower back. Lift heavier with more volume and put the work in to shaping up your derriere! By using larger muscle groups in the lower body, shred and shape for lean definition through the abs, quadriceps and hamstrings.

Barb received her Personal Fitness Trainer diploma from NAIT in 2020. From there she became a CSEP-CPT, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Pain Free Performance Specialist. She has been a Certified Personal Trainer at HERGYMVMT Whitemud since 2021.

Sarah has been a certified personal trainer for 7 years and has utilized her expertise to successfully lead a vast number of clients to their desired fitness goals. She specializes in several areas including strength, weight loss, glute development and injury management. Her passion and commitment are ensuring that each client has their own success story through proper training and programming. Building lifelong habits and not just short-term quick fixes is the staple ideology behind her programs. Sarah’s training is very well-rounded and varies from 1-on-1, small team, semi-private, large team, and group fitness. One of her most popular offerings is a Booty Bootcamp at the GYMVMT Kensington location.
