Build your glutes and legs with effective techniques that focus on lifting better and toning while engaging your core muscles, obliques, and lower back. Lift heavier with more volume and put the work in to shaping up your derriere! By using larger muscle groups in the lower body, shred and shape for lean definition through the abs, quadriceps and hamstrings. ‘Werk It’ for a pair of dancer legs in a peachy 6-week bootycamp available for a limited time only.

Jennifer came into the fitness industry from a dance and musical theatre background. She is Canfitpro certified and loves addressing the little tweaks that make all the difference in getting to the goal the safest and most sustainable way possible.
