Behind every strong woman, there is a band of women who push her through the last rep and over the finish line. This Galentine’s Day, feel empowered and make your health a priority with fun, immersive group fitness experiences at all HER GYMVMT locations across Calgary and Edmonton.

On February 11, bring your gal pals with you for a free group fitness class from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and earn your calorie burn together. Trade in your Saturday for a Galentine’s fitness party at any of our HER GYMVMT clubs. Strengthen your mind, body (and friendships) in a day powered by good vibes only.

Ask reception to book you and your gals in for a for a fitness class between 9:00 am – 3:00 pm on February 13
