Show up to glo up in 2023. Take things to the next level in a one-of-a-kind 8-weeks* transformation challenge for members only. Compete against other members in your club and flex your way to the top in a fun fitness challenge. Get rewarded for taking the top spot at your home club and move on to compete with other Club Level winners to get to the grand prize!

How To Enter

Existing PT clients can enter in the challenge with a $25 entry fee
Members who are not PT clients have 3 options:
- Option 1: Purchase the Transformation 8-Pack at any GYMVMT or HER GYMVMT reception or Personal Training desk
- Option 2: Enrol in a new Personal Training subscription with a trainer
- Option 3: Enrol in a new Paid-in-Full Personal Training subscription with a trainer

How It Works

To finalize their entry, participants must work with their trainer to submit the following:

Before and after shots from the front, back and side
Before and after body composition measurements
Glo Up 2023 waiver that can be collected from the Personal Training desk at any GYMVMT or HER GYMVMT club
Completed participant testimonial questionnaire

Judging Process

General Managers and Fitness Managers at each club will judge their own club participants and appoint a winner for the Club Level Prize.
Grand prize judges will then judge the Club Level winners together for the top 3 Grand Prizes.
Winners will be determined by the best overall transformation based on their before and after photos, with consideration for change in body composition measurements.
Judging will also consider the testimonial questionnaire submitted by participants, which includes the description of the lifestyle changes and impact the challenge has had on the individual.
