Take your workouts to the streets. Soak in the sun while you sweat out the endorphins, grit and reps. Introducing Urban Pump, a new GYMVMT HIIT bootcamp experience led by our powerhouse instructors to get you outdoors for fresh air and 100% community vibes!
Maximize your range of motion using body weight routines and functional movements in HIIT-style, calorie busting outdoor workouts. Bring your water bottle and towel to cool down as we turn up the heat to urban jams and summertime fitness.
