up with some of the best local dance instructors to get you grooving and shaking to a kaleidoscope of World Beatz. Take a journey through the vibrancy of Bollywood, shimmy your way into belly dance and throw it down to fresh hip hop and afro beats plus more
in various classes!

On April 29, 2023, celebrate diversity with us in this unique cardio dance class exclusively at GYMVMT and HER GYMVMT.
